Many Thanks with PPA 228

I still needed a few thank you cards for ladies that helped me out during my surgery and recovery.  I decided that a fall themed card would be nice and used the PPA 228 sketch challenge to create my card.

Stamp Set: Harvest of Thanks
Cardstock: More Mustard, Tangerine Tango, and Howlstooth & Scaringbone dsp
Ink: Tangerine Tango
Accessories: Big Shot, multipurpose platform, Apothecary Accents framelits, Stylish Stripes TIEF, designer buttons Sherbet, stampin dimensionals, glue dots

Several of the ingredients are retired Stampin' Up.  I'm a hoarder that will be trying to use up materials for years to come!
