PPA 199 and Fab Friday 39

For this post, I'm combining two challenges: PPA199 color challenge and Fab Friday 39 sketch challenge.

I wanted a plain and simple card that I could give to anyone.  Although the color cry out "flowers", I decided that a neutral theme would make my card more versatile.
