Scalloped Tag Topper Treat Holder

With Valentine's Day next week, I thought I'd show a quick and easy treat holder.  I used the Scalloped Tag Topper punch from the Occasions mini catalog to create this project.  Fuzzy picture due to my cell phone.

Cardstock: Real Red, Whisper White

Ink: Real Red
